This Way Up

  • This Way Up is an Australian e-health learning platform with 18 tailored, self-directed, online programs for a range of mental health conditions. You can enrol for self-help, or it can be prescribed by a clinician to have the fee waived. It also has a range of information and resources for a variety of mental health issues.
